Service Description
I offer 1-on-1 online coaching sessions focused on emotional awareness and personal growth. Sessions are held via Zoom and conducted in English.

Pricing & Payments
Payments are made securely through Stripe at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email once the booking is complete.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows are not refunded.

Refund & Dispute Policy
Due to the nature of coaching as a personalized service, refunds are not guaranteed after a session has taken place.
However, if you experience a technical issue or are dissatisfied, please contact me within 7 days, and I will do my best to resolve the situation fairly.

Legal Restrictions
At this time, services are not available to residents of Japan.
All sessions are offered in English and intended for international clients only.
